Our organizations belong to a market in continuous movement in which the only common feature is change. That obliges us to internally transform to be able to adapt and keep developing our activity at the same time. Even more, the trend to formalize strategic planning implies the need to adapt our organization to strategy.

According to the result of several investigations, organizations and their members are resistant to changes and that may be an obstacle to adapting and progress. Resistance to change may be a source of functional conflict and can be shown in very different ways and in diverse levels of analysis, both individually, groupally or organizationally.
