What do I want to do during this period? What resources I need? How can I finance it?
Finance planning is a process that shows the future economic and financing situation of our company. It analyses relationships between the business’s growth goals, the necessary resources (investment) to reach them and the financing options. As a result, it determines and validates the capital budget (long term) of the company and the annual budget (short term).
The finance budget is the tool we use to direct all of the necessary operations foreseen in planning, with the following goals:
- Ensure the company’s finance liquidity.
- Coordiation of all the needed activities to obtain the growth objectives.
- Establish control to get to know if plans are carried out and if we are going toward the right direction regarding objectives established.
